New look and feel

• Feis Master has a brand-new user interface. Every page now works on phones and tablets as well as on a computer.
• Registration is mobile-friendly: register dancers, solo dances and teams comfortably from a phone.
• The language switch (English, German, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Czech) is now available on every page after you sign in.

Results / OCR – now powered by AI

• Result sheets are read by AI. Take a photo of an adjudicator's sheet with your phone, and an AI model reads the handwritten numbers and scores and fills in the results for you. You review and correct the rows before anything is saved.
• The two sides of a sheet are checked against each other, and a sheet from another feis is rejected.
• Results can be entered from the start of the feis until 12 hours after it ends. After that they can still be viewed and exported.
• Competitors who are not registered in a competition, and empty scores, are no longer accepted.

Stronger checks

• Every registration rule (deadlines, capacity, age and gender limits, school region) is now checked everywhere, not only on the screen.
• Teachers can only see and change what belongs to their own schools. Auditors have read-only access.
• A dancer who is registered for a running or future feis can no longer be deleted by mistake.
• The exam registration page shows the used and the total time of the exam, and the time slot capacity is checked while you choose the grades.
• Password reset messages no longer reveal whether an e-mail address is registered, and one password rule applies everywhere.
• Test and demo servers mark every PDF, Excel file, printout and e-mail with a "TEST" mark, so that they cannot be mistaken for real documents.

UI/UX Improvements

• Fixed the timetable dance-duration calculation, which was inflated for dances with inactive (withdrawn) competitors.
